Frequently asked questions
Therapy supports mental health and emotional well-being. Apex mental performance coaching trains athletes to strengthen confidence, handle pressure, recover from mistakes, and compete with greater consistency.
No. Some athletes come to Apex because they are dealing with nerves, overthinking, frustration, or inconsistent confidence. Others are already performing well but want stronger mental skills to compete at the next level.
Apex is designed for busy athletes and families. Coaching sessions are held virtually over Zoom, so athletes can train the mental side of their game without adding extra travel time.
Sessions are focused, practical, and action-oriented, with clear tools athletes can apply right away in practice and competition. Appointments are available in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends to work around school, practices, games, and family schedules.
All athletes leave the first session with more awareness, more direction, and a practical tool they can use immediately in practice or competition.
Real change builds through repetition. The full program is designed to help athletes turn those tools into stronger habits for confidence, composure, mistake recovery, and consistent performance.
